Hi, my name is Zach Evans. I am studying for a Master of Science in Psychology

 Why did you choose to be a Sub-Warden at Selwyn?

I always intended to contribute to a hall’s community again after the fantastic times I had in halls. Selwyn’s reputation for having one of the most vital communities made it an obvious choice for me to pursue this opportunity.

What do you enjoy about being a Sub-Warden?

What I find most rewarding about being a SW is the opportunity to mentor and guide new University students as they embark on their academic journey. Witnessing their growth and development throughout their first year is incredibly gratifying, and helping ensure they enjoy the experience adds an extra layer of fulfilment to the role.

One fun fact about yourself?

I am the men’s captain for the University squash club
