Sagota (Ziggy) Lesa

Sagato (Ziggy) Lesā was appointed Warden of Selwyn College in 2024 and has held senior management roles in residential colleges at the University of Otago. Ziggy gained his Physical Education Degree and Diploma of Secondary School for teaching at Otago. Very proud of member of University of Otago Alumni and avid Highlander fan.

As Warden, Ziggy is responsible for the day-to-day management of the College, the welfare of residents and the College community itself.  Ziggy lives onsite with his family. Raewyn (wife) is a lecturer in postgraduate for University of Otago and son Manaia is attending Otago Boys High School.
